The images taken in an egg production facility in Manisa once again revealed the brutality caused by industrial animal husbandry. In the footage taken in the chick production section of the enterprise, it was seen that the chicks separated because they were male were piled on the floor one on top of the other to be taken to be killed and they were dying. In the footage sent to the Cage-Free Turkey Campaign, which works to end the torture inflicted on chickens imprisoned in cages for their eggs, the screams of the chicks can be heard. The egg industry separates billions of male chicks from the others as soon as they hatch because they are unable to lay eggs and are not efficient in meat production.
